Getting started is easy! Download the macOS app, create a free account, and you're ready to go. Click the mic button to start your first voice call with FocusBae, or just type in the chat. The more you use it, the smarter it gets about how you work.

FocusBae is an AI coworker, not a chatbot. It sees your screen (when you share it), remembers your context across sessions, and creates tasks hands-free through voice. Instead of waiting for prompts, it participates in your workflow and learns how you work.

Currently, FocusBae is available for macOS only. We're planning Windows and Linux releases in 2025. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when they're available!

Just click the mic button to start a voice call with FocusBae. Speak naturally — 'remind me to review the PR tomorrow at 2pm' or 'note: client wants the blue color scheme'. FocusBae listens, understands, and creates todos, notes, and journal entries automatically.

When you share your screen, FocusBae can see what you're working on and provide contextual help. It can guide you through confusing forms, help debug code errors, explain software features, and walk you through any task on your screen — all in real-time.

FocusBae remembers your conversations, projects, and preferences. After using it for a while, it learns that 'the big project' means your Q4 launch, 'Sarah' is your teammate, and you prefer morning reminders. Every conversation makes it smarter about YOU.

Absolutely! That's the magic of voice mode. Just say 'remind me to call Sarah tomorrow' or 'note: great idea for the homepage' and FocusBae creates the todo or note automatically. No keyboard needed — it works while your hands are busy.

The clipboard manager automatically saves everything you copy with global keyboard shortcuts for quick access. It stores history locally and can sync to cloud. You can search through your clipboard history and never lose important text again.

Yes! Pro users can customize reminder frequency, types, and even personas (friendly coach, professional mentor, etc.). The AI learns your patterns and provides contextual reminders when you need them most — like when you've been sitting too long.

Free includes: voice calls with limited tokens, screen sharing, basic memory, notes & todos, wellness reminders, clipboard manager, and 7-day data retention. It's designed to help you experience the AI coworker before upgrading.

Pro costs ₹399/month (~$15-20) and includes: advanced memory that compounds over time, unlimited voice calls, full Agent mode with MCP tools, 30-day analytics, CSV export, journaling with insights, and priority access to new features.

Yes! Pro includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can experience all Pro features and cancel anytime. After the trial, you'll be charged ₹399/month until you cancel.

Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until your current billing period ends, then you'll move to the free plan.

Yes! Screen sharing is processed in real-time and we never store screenshots or recordings. The visual data is used only to understand your current task and provide contextual help. Your screen never leaves your session.

We collect: app usage patterns for analytics, voice transcripts for task creation, memory context for personalization, and basic account info. We DON'T store: screen recordings, keystrokes, file contents, or personal documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes! You can clear your memory anytime from settings, export your data in CSV format, or permanently delete your account and all associated data. Data deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Data is primarily stored locally on your device. Cloud backups are stored on secure servers with encryption at rest. Memory data syncs to enable cross-device experience. Data retention varies by plan: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Pro).

Make sure you've granted FocusBae microphone permissions in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Microphone. Also check that your mic isn't being used by another app. If issues persist, try restarting the app.

When you start a voice call, click the 'Share Screen' button. You'll need to grant screen recording permission in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording. This only needs to be done once.

Memory builds over time through conversations. Make sure you're logged in (anonymous mode doesn't save memory). If memory seems stuck, try the 'Refresh Memory' option in settings. Pro users get more advanced memory that persists longer.

Yes! With a FocusBae account, your memory and data syncs across all your devices. Just log in with the same account on each device. Note that currently we only support macOS, but other platforms are coming soon.
