Overview
We want you to be happy with FocusBae. This page explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for Free, Pro and Team subscriptions.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cannot find the option, please feel free to raise a ticket at support@focusbae.com. Cancellation prevents future billing; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are granted at FocusBae's discretion. In general:
- Free plan: No payment — nothing to refund.
- Pro (monthly): We do not typically provide retroactive refunds for completed monthly billing cycles, except in cases of billing errors or if required by law. Please contact support@focusbae.com within 14 days of the charge to request a review.
- Team / Enterprise: Refunds and cancellations for team plans are handled per the terms of your agreement — contact support@focusbae.com for assistance.
How to Request a Refund
- Open a support ticket by emailing support@focusbae.com with your account email and billing details.
- Include the date of the charge, transaction ID (if available), and a brief reason for the request.
- Our team will investigate and respond within 3-7 business days.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, please notify us immediately at support@focusbae.com. We reserve the right to contest unwarranted chargebacks and provide documentation to the payment processor.
Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
